Mr. Howard Ian Lejuez, the General Manager, devotedly has taken the lead of running Johnson�s Enterprises, being the third generation of the family to do so. Mr. Lejuez is a self-made entrepreneur and describes himself as a jack of all trades.

He started working for the company as a youth of 15 years, always having been interested in the heavy equipment. Through the passion and guidance of his late grandfather Mr. Edmond Johnson � the founder of Johnson�s Enterprises � the youthful Mr. Lejuez began by maintaining and operating the heavy equipment. Through perseverance and dedication Mr. Lejuez educated himself on the maintenance and operation of the equipment. His ambitious nature made him seek even more self-development and Mr. Lejuez expanded his knowledge of equipment into the operation of the entire business.

Still young in years and at heart, Mr. Lejuez is loved and respected by his entire team, inspiring all by himself setting the example of being an asset to the company; distinguished by his integrity, ability to conquer obstacles, internal drive and reliability.
